Effective immediately, all invoices will be discounted 10% if paid in gold bullion. Payment must be in internationally recognized coins or bars such as American Eagles, Canadian Maple Leafs, South African Krugerrands or other standardized forms of minimum 99.9% pure gold.

Bullion weight shall be calculated based on New York spot price at close of market on date of invoice, based on invoice amount less ten percent. Architectural drawings shall be delivered upon physical receipt of bullion.
